There will be 8 issues of Equine Veterinary Journal in 2009 which will be mailed to subscribers at the beginning of January, February, March (Locomotion Special Issue), April, May, July, September and November. EVE Online

EVE is now online! In order to register and activate your EVE journal subscriptions, enabling you to access the journal online, please go to www.ingentaconnect.com/register/personal or click on ‘Sign up here’ from www.ingentaconnect.com/content/evj/eve (full instructions are available here as a PDF file, 12kb). Access is fully secure, and the full versions of the articles are available only to those who subscribe to EVE. If you have any comments to make regarding the new online access, please let us know.

NEW EVE FastTrack

EVE papers, once accepted and proofs agreed with authors, are now available to all several months prior to publication in print on www.ingentaconnect.com/content/evj/eve/pre-prints. EVE papers are now published within 3 months following acceptance and are put on FastTrack prior to publication as soon as proofs have been agreed with authors.

EVJ Online

EVJ FastTrack

EVJ FastTrack is now online! EVJ papers, once accepted and proofs agreed with authors, are now available to all several months prior to publication in print on www.ingentaconnect.com/content/evj/evj/pre-prints. The time from acceptance of EVJ papers to appearing on FastTrack can be as little as 2 weeks, with publication usually within 6 months.

Equine Colic Research EVJ Special Issue

A Special Issue on Colic is available from our online bookshop. This Special Issue has been published to coincide with the 9th International Colic Symposium hosted by BEVA from the 15th to 18th June 2008.

Locomotion EVJ Special Issue

A Special Issue on Locomotion, published in March 2009, is available from our online bookshop. This Special Issue contains the proceedings of the 6th International Conference on Equine Locomotion held in France in June 2008.

EVE is now online! EVJ was made available online in 2006 and now EVE is available too. Secure access to the articles is provided on a subscription basis - your existing journal subscription allows you to access the full text version of the articles. The service includes full search and browse facilities, and helps us to enhance the availability of the journal worldwide via the internet. The printed versions of EVE and EVJ are still available and will be delivered to you as usual, but we hope that online access will benefit even more individuals, practices, institutions and libraries within the equine veterinary field.
